But if you were lucky enough to be on the L-1011 first flight, you received this lovely certificate 'suitable for framing.' (Chris Laborde)

As well as your certificate, you will receive some of the coolest wingtips in the industry!

But, if you flew before the plastic wings, you'd get a sticker.
