Richard Grube

Passed July 29, 2010 Richard Albert Grube, 63, of East Bend passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 29, 2010. Richard was born February 15, 1947 in Lewistown, MT, son of the late Albert and Silvia Grube. Richard was honorably discharged from the US Navy on December 27, 1970, after giving his service for 4 years. He also retired after 38 years from US Air (Pacific Southwest Airlines). He enjoyed NASCAR, bowling, and spending time with his family. Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years, Donna Riedel Grube of East Bend, NC; daughters, Marilyn Paauwe of San Diego, CA, Christina Grube Norman of East Bend, NC, and Laura Grube of Winston-Salem, NC; grandchildren, Richard and Dawn Paauwe of San Diego, CA, Zachary Grube of Winston-Salem, NC, Lillian Knabb of Winston-Salem, NC, Abigail Leonard of East Bend, NC; sister, Delores Brown and husband of Deer Island, OR.
